Next morning woke up 6:30am. Decided to Visit my Former Church. Hope of God Kuala Lumpur at Taman Sea. According to Foursquare, my Last visit was July 2017. Back after 6 month absence.
Hope Church Still maintained their Vision and Mission.

Somehow, today's visit helped me to untied passed Hurts. Danny answered why Sin prevented Christianity growth. My Porn addiction's the reason why I wasn't chosen to be a leader and remained a Member/ not growing for past 14 years, until I left this church in 2016.
My DUMC Cell Group Goddreamers members actually helped me to be a better person. I joined this cell group since 2014. Yes, Dual Cell group from 2014 to 2016 (Hope Wednesday and DUMC Friday night). The latter members helped me to grow in Ministry. I Finally Kicked my Porn addiction on December 2017. Before my Myanmar Mission trip. Hallelujah!

Today woke up 5:30am. Did Family Devotion. At 8:15am, reached office. Sent my I10 for 60,000km Service.

Today, in my job update. Loan for 1 case need Guarantor. Also, I have a successful Sonata Viewing. Tomorrow submitting documents. Stock getting low.

My Service costs RM570.00. Changed Engine oil, Fully Synthetic (RM248), Oil filter, Spark Plugs (RM78!), ATF Flush, Brake Fluid, New Coolant, Rotate tyres, alignment and balancing.
Apparently, the i10 Needs the following New items:
1) Front Brake Pads
2) Rear Absorbers
3) Air-cond pollen filter
(Total expected to pay RM1149.40.)
Of Course I said NO Repair. I choose to change outside.
Above: Bought my i10 Rear Absorbers for RM318 only. Below: Pollen Filter for RM37.10 only.
Also, my front brake pads for RM72.10 only. Total Damage RM427.20 only. All including GST. Maybe add RM120 for labour... My savings RM602.20 (if I decided to Proceed at Hyundai SC). But ironically, brake fluid just changed, Alignment and balancing just Made. They found out above needs changing while doing the 2 things above.

Served 2 walk in. Both seeing Ioniq.

Today's my Cousin Admond and Best friend Andrew's birthday. Just gave them a Call.

Woke up 6:30am. A bit late for prayer. Breakfast at Home. Reached office 8:20am. In office until 11am. Drove straight to Subang Parade. Watched 11:30am COCO at MBO there. My lunch at 1:30pm at AEON Big Subang Jaya.
I reached office 3:15pm. Mr.Tee, customer came to pay booking and Submit document for Ioniq. At 4pm, I cooked NongShim Claypot Ramyun Noodle. Mr.Tee reached 4:30pm. Submitted Loan documents to Esther at 6pm via E-mail. I left office 6:30pm
Reached home 7:30pm due to Traffic Jam. Dinner above.
END OF 4 Jan, booking day. START OF 5 Jan - Half day and CG.

In between, while waiting for DBKL to reopen at 2:45pm, I drove to Howyekee. Had below for Lunch. While pre-booked dinner for Cell Group. Mun Yee Mee and Hokkien Char.

Today, I woke up early did Morning Devotion. But at 6:45am, my sister broke the news. Their Dog in Klang house, Bebe the Mongrel was Food poisoned and dying. Long story short, rushed to Pet Hospital, Died minutes upon arrival. RIP Bebe.
I reached office 8:20am today. Breakfast with 2 colleagues. Had the following for breakfast:

Above: My Karada Scan as at 2 January 2018. Weight and Visceral fat maintained. Overall Percentage Fat increased from 31 to 32.2, Body fats lncreased by 0.4% while Skeletal Muscles dropped 0.3% across the body.
