Day 21: Sunday Showroom Duty

Woke up 7am today.  Spent the morning updating Yesterday's blog entry.  Left for Connectors briefing and prayer at 9am.  Had the following for Breakfast at 9:15am:
 Nasi Lemak Telur Mata, 389 cal

 Today's sermon (watched Livestream) cover's the Protestant Reformation.  The part 4 or final series of "I love my Church".  Shared by Founding Senior Pastor Dr.Daniel Ho.
 Had below for Lunch at 1pm.  Showroom Duty today.

 Above: Sonata Elegance. Served Only 1 walk in, looking for Used Starex. After the showroom duty at 4:30pm, I straight drove to New Mixed Rice (Chai P'ng) place near my House called Restoran S11 F&B Group Sect.17.  Photos below:

Above and Below: My LATEST PROGRESS.  Smaller tummy and waist.  Down by 5 inches from 44.5" to 39.5".  Weight down from 1st day Intermittent fast 99.7kg to 97.0kg.  Muscle mass gained 5% overall while Body Fat Percentage dropped 5%.
