Mine comes in the form of Headache and Growling stomach. Still, I managed to slept early and woke up 4:11am. It’s because of 3 Days Morning Fast and Prayer from 5:30am to 7am at my Church in Dream Center. This happens every 2nd week of the month from Tuesday to Thursday.
Exercise?
Just 10 mins, 5 sets of planking.
Results?
I just weighed myself, Still 97.5kg but my tummy softened and noticeably smaller. The Upside?
I am less lethargic, clearer thoughts, more alert...
