Of Day 11 fast, Gym, Alpha and New Calorie App

Today woke up 7am, I slept 8 hours and 15 minutes yesterday.  Had 3 pieces Pandan Layer cake (Yesterday's Birthday Cake) with Hazelnut White coffee (582 calories) before heading work Reached office 8:40am. 
   Spent 3 hours running errands and follow up in office.  Left office 11:40am.  Straight head to Dream Center for Lunch at Dream Cafe.  TODAY's Intermittent Fasting: 

8:20am - 12:30pm - 7pm.  VERDICT, Failed?  But Calories intake OK wor.


My Lunch: Total 855 calorie
Chicken Rendang - 288 cal
Omelette - 157 cal
Japanese tofu - 168 cal
Medium White rice - 242 cal

Watched few episodes of Singapore drama with Toggle.sg app.

It was 4:50pm when I decided to Go Secret Gym alone at DUMC.  This gym's for DUMC Members only.  Access discretely via a "Secret" door.  
Did the following exercise in the Gym:

1) 5 mins stretching
2) 5 mins Cycling
3) 10 mins Beginners HIIT.  
4) 5 mins Cooling off

BURNED 223 calories only.  After 25 mins in the GYM, I went downstairs and Shower before Helping setting up Alpha! at 5:50pm.
