Reviving this blog. 80th month Season 3 Vol 1

Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Time flies.  I created this Blog exactly 80 months ago.  This is Season 3.  Volume 1 update.  According to my Cell Accountability Group.  I have only 3/10 improvements.

Highlights past 12 months:

2) Alpha Zone Champion (PJN8)

3) Church Hospitality team (First touch)

4) Inherited 2nd car a "Mini Wagon" from my Sister.  Guess the car?

5) Became a Legit Uncle (niece born 12/9/2023).

Pros:

1) Punctuality and attendance

2) Hospitality 

3) Loyalty (still no girlfriend, life partner).

4) ADHD under control medically. 

5) Visceral fat from 19 to 15.  Physical age from 57 to 36.

Cons:

1) Time zoning and procrastination 

2) Fear of rejection and failure

3) RSD: Rejection sensitive Dysphoria

4) Stubborn

5) Now weighing 93kg.  BMI 31.8, Visceral fat 15.
