Blessed World Mental Health Day 2021

Today's 10/10/2021. To normal people, it's Worldwide shopping carnivals. But to 25% of the World, it's World Mental Health's Day. This was 8 years ago figures, 1/4 of the world population diagnosed from at least 1 mental conditions.
World Mental Health Day was established in 1992.10.10. 1st program started by WHO in 1994/10/10. Since then every year there's different theme for World Mental Health Day. This year, the theme's "Mental Health in an Unequal World".

Example of Mental Health diagnoses are Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Narcissism, Depression, Panic Attack, Disassociative Identity Disorder, Self harming, Suicide Thoughts, Social Anxiety Disorder, Post-partum depression, Manic depressive, Asperger's, Borderline Personality Disorder, Tourette Syndrome and many more.

Majority of these disorders were genetics. Some of these "Mental health disorder" such as Autism Spectrum Disorder are "gifting". Since he/she's gifted in 1 focal area. Recently, Due to COVID-19, many have mental breakdown due to stress...

Stress is something everyone experiences. Despite being unpleasant, stress in itself is not an illness. But there are connections between stress and mental health conditions including depression , anxiety, psychosis and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

In Malaysia, those with Mental Disorders' are often stigmatized or looked down upon. They were labelled and given no chance of promotion. Unless he or she started their own business.
