Dec 21: Back to Gym after 23 days.

Today I woke up 5:30am.  Did Full Morning Devotion with my Sis and Mum for the 1st time.  Reached office Very early at 8:05am.  

 My Mum's Goddaughter Discharged today.  She gave birth to a Baby girl via Cesarean at Pantai Hospital KL on December 19, 2017.  Means my mum became "Grandma" for 3rd time.
  Above: My Breakfast at 10am.  Fish paste noodles with Teh C.
 Above and below: Late lunch at 3:30pm.  Spaghetti with Chilli flakes and Pork chop AND Indomie Goreng.
 After that, I went to GYM for 1st time in 23 Days.  Just did 15 mins Threadmill covered 1.55km at 6.5km/h average.  80% brisk walk and 20% run.  Did 10 mins HIIT but Gave up after the Burpees (3rd exercise).  10 mins cooling off before and after. 
 Came back from Gym and ate Dinner at 8:05pm.  Estimate: 380 cal.
 My customer tagged me.  The Tucson that got Burned down at Thailand Check point.
