Breakfast at 8:45am and Dinner at 7:30pm. So I regard it as Failure... Day 0.
Today's a Successful one. 16:8 Window fast. But Only 2 meals.

Weighting Scale time:
7/10/2017: 99.5kg
8/10/2017: 98.7kg => DAY 0
9/10/2017: 97.5kg => DAY 1
Waist:
Day 1: 44 inch - 9/10/2017
