Day 3: Intermittent fasting

Yesterday's Day 3.  
 Had Kopi C Kosong at 8am, Mixed rice with 1 Vege, fried egg and Marmite Chicken at 11am.
Had Fried Hokkien Bihun Mee and H2O at 7pm.
After that went to STARLING Mall to watch "The Foreigner" at 8:20pm.  Quite a decent movie.  Just sneaked in 1 litre of H2O only.

Exercise, 2 sets of "Sit-ups", 3 sets of balancing a long stick on shoulder and swinging left to right while sitting down.

Result: Gained 0.7kg to 98.3kg.
Waist down to 41.5 inch.

But My tummy visibly Smaller and from rock hard to Jelly belly.  My Mentor said maybe gaining muscle?
