Day 8 Intermittent fasting

Had 7.5 hours sleep today.  Woke up 6:10am as I slept at 10:40pm.  Spent 1 hour updating my blog.  Reached office 8:40am.  

Had breakfast at 9:30am opposite my showroom

At 11am, fetched my colleague to Hyundai HQ to collect free gift for customer followed by A trip to Hyundai Stockyard at Jln Astaka, Bukit Jelutong.  Straight depart to PJ.  Tropicana City Mall.

Did some errands there at AEON Big, Had sumple lunch at AEON BIG at 1:30pm.  RM5.90 for Thai Basil Chicken rice and 500ml 100 Plus.

Went Borders to buy Top Gear Malaysia and Daiso as well.  Spent 1 hour there.  Reached home 2:45pm.  Admired the KOLAM, Diwali Deco.

Had early Dinner at 6pm.  Wantan Mee.

Watched 2 Episodes of Singapore Drama at Toggle.sg.  Tanglin.
