1st month Combat Obesity. Day 31

Today, I woke up 6pm.  Had 5 hrs and 25 mins sleep.  Today is my 1st MONTH Anniversary Fighting Obesity.  

My Results so far:

WEIGHT: 99.7 => 96.1kg (-3.6kg)
WAIST: 44.5 => 38 (-6.5")
Visceral Fat 21 => 20
Physical Age 62 => 59
Muscle mass:  Gained 8%
Fat: Loss 10%
LIBIDO: Back to Normal
