Day 36: Intermittent Fast

Today, Tuesday, I woke up 6:30am.  Slept 5 hrs and 40 mins.  Today's my turn to Fast and Pray Breakfast.  I need to Fast and Pray every Tuesday and Wednesday until my Departure Date to Myanmar on 1 December 2017. 
 God’s words during today’s Fast and Prayer:

“Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.

And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.”

Tonight, 8pm to 10:50pm was might 5th Myanmar Mission Preparation Meeting at DUMC.  My turn to Lead Worship.
