My personal testimony
My name is Jeff Lim, I am a New Car Salesman. i grew up in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. I started going to Church at 10, followed my dad to Church。I accepted Christ at 12 during Children Camp themed “Chosen to Serve”. I was a negative person who gave up easily, fear of Rejection and have no friends.
I Turned away from God during my study in Hong Kong (dad transferred there). 7 years in the wilderness. Addicted to pornography...
Came back to Christ at 22 years old. Joined a Local Church membership in 2001. Received water baptism in the same year. Got involved In a Car Accident with a Lorry few months later and was traumatized. Diagnosed as having Depression and on Lifetime medication since then.
In 2006 OR 5 years later I Encountered GOD during a Campus Camp.
My relationship with God is not consistent. On fire for 3 months after a Major Camp or Convention and cold again. Due to my sin I was inactive in my previous church for 15 years. Only serving in ushering. But I learned to be positive to Make friends and socialize.
Things begin to change in Jan 2014, where I started to join DUMC and Cell group. I start serving in Myanmar ministry fetching Myanmese to Church. My Cell group is called Goddreamers. Photo below:
From then onwards, I finished reading the whole Bible 3 times. Served in more ministry like Men's Club, Prayer, Alpha!... Doing daily devotion.

Last year is a Great year. I joined DUMC Membership, Alpha where I encountered God in both Weekend away events. He assured me that He loves me and I am not alone. In November that year, I welcomed as DUMC Member.
This year, I joined MCPP1 (Mission Candidate Preparation Programme 1) and helping out in Visitor Lounge. I continued to receive blessings from God. I lost my Job for 3 months but God continue to Help me financially. I don’t have to worry about money. In March this year, God bless me a Job.
This Verse inspired me and keep me Motivated:
Matt 6:33-34:
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

I continue to be Salt and Light in my Company. known by many for being Honest, Kind and Sincere. Recently, I was healed of my Pornography Addiction. I am now praying for God to heal my Depression and Free me from my Lifetime medication.
And now, I thank God for financial blessing, I am here in Myanmar mission trip. All glory to God.
