Day 44: I can see my Toes Wednesday!








Wow, Today I woke up with this great news.  At day 44 of my Fight against obesity.  For the 1st time since March 2013, I can see my Toes.  Anyway, today I slept 7 hours and 10 minutes.  Reached office 8:20am.  Had double breakfast as I'm fasting Lunch.

1st Breakfast was Oat with Cranberries and Hazelnut White coffee at 7:15am.  306 cal
 2nd breakfast's Zha Jiang Mian with Curry sauce at 9:30am.  488 cal.
Total Heavy breakfast 794 calories.

Showroom duty today.  Served 0 (Zero) walk in.  Preparation for Tomorrow's Roadshow.  Printing Flyers and Update Internet advertisements.  Updated past 3 days blog entries too...
Above: God's Word as I fast and pray and Doing bible studies.  

 At 6pm.  Received This Good news.  Fuel Price finally drops by 0.8 cents tomorrow after 5 weeks in a row price hike.  Last price Drop was last week of September.
 Break my fast at 7:30pm.  Sin Yuen Kee Chicken Rice and Jln Chan Sow Lin.  This is one of the Best Hainanese Chicken rice I've ever tried.  Below: the Humble Place.  Opens 5pm to 9:30pm only.
 After that, I drove to Vivahomes  Loke Yew.  Watched Justice league at MBO Vivahome.  The Movie's Predictable, Marvel Thor Ragnarok way better...  Consolation's Superman's revived from dead and No longer EMO.  A bit humour thrown in.  Watch out for 2 end credit scenes.  Rating 6/10.
